LingJing is provided by 广州红尘灵境 as software authorization / technical service. By using the service you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of service
LingJing is a personal knowledge-mirroring tool. The "students" are AI personas; the product is a mirror and does not score, grade, or assess you.
Core functions are free. Support is voluntary — no feature is withheld from non-payers.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use LingJing to create, share, or instruct others in unlawful, infringing, or harmful content — including but not limited to the manufacture of illegal drugs, weapons or explosives, unauthorized intrusion / hacking, or child sexual abuse material.
LingJing is a neutral mirror. Instructional content about illegal acts is outside its scope and is refused by the product.
We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or educational-assessment advice. Output is for reflection only.
Age: not directed to children. If you are under 16 (under 13 in the US), do not use it without a parent's permission.
3. Illegal content & takedown
LingJing is an intermediary that hosts user-submitted teaching content. We do not pre-screen every input, but we act on valid notices.
Report content that facilitates illegal activity to abuse@hongchenlingjing.com. On verification we will remove it and, where required, restrict further access.
We cooperate with lawful authorities where legally compelled.
4. Payments
Payments, if you choose to support the project, are handled entirely by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details, and no payment is required to use any core function.
Digital products, where offered, are delivered immediately; refund requests are handled case by case at support@hongchenlingjing.com.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use.
6. Governing note
The operating entity is established in Guangzhou, China, and the service runs on a server in mainland China. This page is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice.
