AI disclosure (EU AI Act art. 50): when you use the classroom you are interacting with an
AI system. The "students" are AI personas, not humans. LingJing is a mirror — it never produces a score, grade, or assessment of you.
What we store
The lesson text you type in, and the knowledge cards generated from it.
No biometric, emotion-recognition, or consequential-decision data is collected.
Payments, if you make any, are handled by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Where your data goes
The service runs on a single server hosted by Tencent Cloud in Guangzhou, mainland China. Your lesson text is processed and stored there — not in the EU, the UK, or the US.
If you configure your own LLM API key, lesson text is sent to that provider solely to generate student replies, under that provider's no-training option where available.
Without a key the product falls back to deterministic, local logic — no external model is called.
By using the service you acknowledge this transfer.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact: privacy@hongchenlingjing.com
Data is kept only as long as needed to deliver the classroom; you may ask us to erase it at any time.
